This Privacy Policy explains how LOGAN LAND ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play HIDDEN BLOCKS (the "Game"). The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region).
Account information: when you sign in with Apple, Google, or Kakao we receive a user identifier and, depending on your choices, a basic profile (such as a name, email, or profile image).
Game data: your nickname, your profile avatar, progress, stars, scores, Gem balance, and settings.
Purchase data: records of in-app purchases (processed via the app stores and our partner RevenueCat). We do not collect or store full payment-card details.
Device & usage data: device type, operating system, language, app version, and basic diagnostic and crash information used to operate and improve the Game. If you allow notifications, we also store a push-notification token for your device. We also store a device identifier so that one account plays on one device at a time.
Advertising identifiers: your device's advertising identifier (the advertising ID on Android, or the IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking), used to serve and measure ads and to measure our own ad campaigns (see "Advertising").
Apps in Toss edition (Korea): Toss gives us a pseudonymous user hash and, where available, your Toss game-profile nickname and image. We never receive your real name, phone number, or payment details.
To provide and maintain the Game; save your progress; process purchases; provide support; ensure security and prevent fraud or cheating; comply with the law; and improve the Game.
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hiddenblocks@loganland.app and we will delete it.
The Game shows ads from third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob, and these ads may be personalized based on your device's advertising identifier. We also use advertising identifiers to measure how well our own ad campaigns perform (see "Third-Party Services"). On iOS, we access the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking when the Game asks through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT); you can change this choice at any time in your device settings. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings. We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf or as part of their service: Google Firebase (authentication, database, cloud functions, hosting, push messaging, analytics); Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, and Kakao Login (authentication); RevenueCat (purchase management); Google AdMob and other advertising networks (ad delivery and measurement); Meta Platforms (the Facebook SDK for app events, used to measure and attribute our advertising on Meta's services: it receives app install and open events and in-game milestones such as sign-in, tutorial completion, stage clears, and purchases, together with basic device information and your advertising identifier, meaning the advertising ID on Android and, on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking); Sentry (crash reporting); Apple Game Center and Google Play Games (optional achievements and leaderboards); and, in the Korean Apps in Toss mini-app edition, Toss (sign-in, payments, and advertising). Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers above, when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Leaderboards: when you play ranked stages or Daily Blocks, your nickname and your best scores or times are shown to other players on public leaderboards. When you sign in we assign your account an illustrated, non-identifying profile avatar, which is shown next to your nickname on leaderboards; you can change or remove it at any time in the Game. Your email and account identifiers are never shown publicly.
Game services: if you use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, we submit your achievements and best results to that platform under your platform profile. We only send data to those services; we do not read your platform profile back into the Game.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Game and for legitimate or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your information and to object to certain processing. You can delete your account within the Game (Settings ▸ Delete Account) or by contacting us. Parents may exercise these rights on behalf of their child.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including server-side controls for the in-game economy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate. We take steps to protect it consistent with this Policy.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the Game or by other reasonable means.
