Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your HIDDEN BLOCKS account (developer: LOGAN LAND) and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open HIDDEN BLOCKS and sign in to the account you want to remove.
2. On the Home screen, tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and associated game data are deleted immediately when you confirm.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can no longer access the app, email hiddenblocks@loganland.app from the address linked to your account (or describe your sign-in method) with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the data we hold under your account identifier, including:

• Your sign-in account and the basic profile received from it (name, email, profile image);
• Nickname, profile avatar, game progress, stars, best times, and settings;
• Your Gem balance, unused passes, and related transaction records;
• Hearts and their refill timers, your push-notification token, and the device identifier used for one-device play;
• Your entries on the global leaderboards and Daily Blocks rankings, so your nickname no longer appears on them.

Gems and other virtual items cannot be refunded or transferred once the account is deleted.

What may be retained

Payments are processed by Google Play / the App Store and our partner RevenueCat. Purchase records held by the store are not deleted by us and remain subject to the store’s policies. Remove Ads is tied to your store account, so you can get it back with Shop ▸ Restore Purchases even after deleting your game account. We may also retain limited records where required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
