Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your HIDDEN BLOCKS account (developer: LOGAN LAND) and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open HIDDEN BLOCKS and sign in to the account you want to remove.
2. Go to Me (profile) ▸ Settings.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Your account and associated game data are deleted immediately when you confirm.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@loganland.app from the address linked to your account (or describe your sign-in method) with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the data we hold under your account identifier, including:

• Your account identifier and any basic profile (name/email) from sign-in;
• Nickname, game progress, stars, scores, and settings;
• Your in-game Gem balance and related transaction records;
• Lives/timers and push-notification token.

What may be retained

Purchases are processed by Google Play / the App Store and our partner RevenueCat; purchase and subscription records held by the store are not deleted by us and remain subject to the store’s policies (you can still restore eligible purchases and must cancel any active subscription in the store). We may also retain limited records where required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
